Who we are
This site is operated by OIAS ("OIAS", "we", "us"), based in Bengaluru, India, and operating globally. For any privacy question or request, write to business@oias.in.
What we collect
We only collect personal information you actively give us:
- 01Contact form & email — your name, email address, company (optional), and the message you send.
- 02Booking — if you schedule a call, the details you provide to do so.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build profiles. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold a conversation, and follow up about a potential or ongoing engagement. We process this information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
Sharing
We keep your information to ourselves. We may use trusted service providers (for example, email and scheduling tools) purely to operate the above — never for their own marketing. We disclose information only if required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and maintain a working relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and equivalent laws such as the GDPR where they apply), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent. Email business@oias.in and we will action it within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
