Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the OIAS website and any engagement you enter into with OIAS ("we", "us", "our"), a studio based in Bengaluru, India. By using this site or working with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Engagements & scope

Each project begins with a written scope — deliverables, timeline, and fees — agreed before work starts. Anything outside that scope is handled as a separate, mutually-agreed change.

2. Fees & payment

Fees are quoted per engagement or per monthly tier. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Work may pause if payment is materially overdue.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables we produce for you — code, brand assets, and models — unless stated otherwise in writing. We retain the right to describe the engagement publicly only with your consent, and to reuse general know-how and non-confidential techniques.

4. Confidentiality

We treat your non-public information as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request before sensitive material is shared.

5. Warranties & liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the relevant scope. You pay for work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
