A Rotary district dedicated a forest and wanted every official to receive their own certificate: name, designation, a unique number and a QR code that opens the forest's location. We built the generator and delivered the batch.

The problem

Making certificates one at a time in a design tool takes days and breeds typos. Sending them as one bulk email lands in spam.

What we built

Batch generator

Feed in a spreadsheet of names and designations; get one print-ready A4 PDF per person.

Layout editor

A drag-and-resize editor to adjust the certificate design without code.

Individual delivery

Each certificate emailed to its owner, with safe re-sends that never duplicate.
