Things we've built.
Real platforms, running in production for nonprofits, schools, clubs and companies. What the problem was, what we built, and the decisions that made it work.
COMMUNITREE
a life record for every tree
Tree sponsors usually get one photo at planting and then silence. We built a platform that keeps checking: every tree gets dated visits, growth, survival status and a place on a public satellite map, and every forest gets its three-year care plan generated automatically.
Art for Awareness
a monthly national art competition, run end to end
A cause-based drawing competition open to every age in India, with no entry fee. One theme a month, a blind jury, results on a fixed day, and a certificate for every participant. We built the platform and run the demand.
iPledge
take a pledge, get your certificate in under a minute
Organisations run awareness campaigns: plant trees, save water, give up plastic. iPledge turns each one into a pledge or quiz anyone can finish on a phone in under a minute, with a personalised certificate at the end and no login.
Support a Cause
crowdfunding run by the people doing the work
A donation platform for community projects: children's forests, tree adoption, school drives. Every project passes a human review before it goes live, and every fundraiser gets their own link that credits them automatically.
shankarprasad.org
a 45-page website and its back office, in one system
An ashram running courses, retreats, stays and community projects needed a website the team could update themselves, and one place to handle the enquiries, bookings and donations it brings in.
COMMUNITREE × Rotary certificates
tree dedication certificates for every official
A Rotary district dedicated a forest and wanted every official to receive their own certificate: name, designation, a unique number and a QR code that opens the forest's location. We built the generator and delivered the batch.
oias.in
our own website is our case study
oias.in runs the way we say your operations should. Booking a call writes straight to the CRM, outreach is written by agents within a daily limit a person sets, and the blog is queued and published by a content engine.
Your problem could be the next page here.
